The NN Running Team is in for a promising weekend with the Prefontaine Classic in Eugene, USA on the program. In total, two NN Running Team athletes will line up in Eugene with the goal of running faster than ever before. Which NN Running team athletes will run in Eugene?
Two NN Running Team athletes will be looking to leave their mark in Eugene. Joshua Cheptegei, the 5000m gold medalist of in the Tokyo Olympics and the current 5000m world record holder (12:35.36), will strive to improve his own world record. In addition, Letesenbet Gidey, who ran a 5000m world record (14:06.62) in Valencia 2020, will push herself to break the 5000m world record again.

The Prefontaine Classic in Eugene will take place on Friday May 27th and Saturday May 28th. Joshua and Letesenbet both race on Friday.
